Thick-Cut Beef Jerky
This is the traditional cut that most of our customers know and love. This jerky is made from fresh select top rounds and cut into long strips, 1/4 inch thick-- not ground, pressed or formed. It has great flavor and texture in each bite.
Cowboy-Cut Beef Jerky
This one-of-a-kind jerky style is the original, like the Cowboys made. We hand cut fresh beef top rounds and produce a thick (1/2 inch), strip of beef. It's moist, tender and extremely chewy. It's like tearing into steak without the hassle of silverware.
Extra Thin-Cut Beef Jerky
Extra Thin-Cut Jerky is made with the same quality beef as the thick-Cut and the Cowboy-Cut. It gets its name from being sliced "extra thin"-- about 1/8 inch thick strips. Plus, after we remove this jerky from the oven, we cut it into bite-sized pieces. It is super easy to tear and chew.
