Our Turkey Jerky is made from 100% fresh US turkey breast meat--that means all white meat. We slice the meat thin and marinate it with Hawaiian pineapple juice and sweet tasting honey. The turkey is then smoked in our ovens. There are No preservatives. Our Turkey Jerky comes in three flavors: Honey Pineapple, Sweet & Spicy, and Teriyaki.

Our Smoked Beef Sticks burst with flavor in each bite. We use only the finest lean beef. There are no hearts, no meat by-products, no chicken parts and no MSG. These are not your average beef sticks.
