Cattaneo Bros. has become a family tradition for many over the years. It seems almost every customer has a cherished memory of the first time they tore into a thick savory strip of beef jerky.
Today most Central Coast locals tell us they can’t visit their relatives without bringing them Cattaneo Bros. jerky or sausage. Others tell us that it is tradition for them to stop by the factory to stock up on Cattaneo Bros. while they’re on their summer road trip to California.
One mother tells us that beef sticks have now become a daily snack tradition for her kids. They are the third generation in her family to enjoy our nutritious products.
Another family brings in a Pozo Pete wood box with the original pozo pete design branded into the lid each year. Their 20-year tradition is to pass along the box full of goodies to another family member. Cattaneo Bros. was their father’s favorite and this was his original pine wood branded box.
